What is an Application on Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Grounds?
A humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) application is a Canadian immigration pathway that allows individuals in vulnerable situations to apply for permanent residence on humanitarian grounds. If you or a loved one is facing exceptional circumstances and requires special consideration, this option may be appropriate.

- Mandatory medical examination: approximately $250 CAD per person
- Request personal documents: passport, criminal record, etc.
- Flight tickets, insurance, and other personal expenses after obtaining the visa
- International Calls
- Translation of documents in languages other than Spanish and French
- Immigration Canada administrative fee at time of application: $1,205 CAD
- Biometrics fee: $85 CAD
- Administrative fees for Immigration Québec (MIFI): $0 CAD

Fees for my Services
My fee for the preparation of a humanitarian application is $4,750 CAD for the principal applicant, with an additional $500 CAD for each additional person (spouse, children, etc.).
Our fees
These fees do not include the Federal Government processing fee (IRCC) of $1,290 CAD, nor Immigration Québec fees if required. These fees are independent and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
