What is the Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Consideration application? ?
The Humanitarian and Compassionate Considerations application is a Canadian immigration program that allows vulnerable people to apply for permanent residency on humanitarian grounds. If you or a loved one are facing exceptional circumstances that require assistance, this program could be a viable option.

- Immigration Canada administrative fees of at the time of filing the application: $1,205
- Biometric data fee: $85
- Immigration Québec (MIFI) administrative fees ($0). No fees

- Mandatory medical examination: Approximately $250 per person
- Personal document applications: Passport, Criminal Record, etc
- All trips by the sponsor to the sponsored person
- Airline tickets, insurance, and other personal expenses after obtaining the visa

As an immigration consultant, I have assisted many clients in preparing and filing applications on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. I can guide you through the process to ensure your application is complete, accurate and meets all the requirements of the Canadian government.
Fees for my services
My fees for preparing an application on humanitarian grounds are 4,750$ CAD for the main applicant, with an additional cost of 500$ per additional person (spouse, child aged 0 to 100 years).
Other fees:
Please note these fees do not include the Canadian Federal Government processing fee (IRCC), which is 1,290$ CAD, or the Immigration Québec fee (if applicable). These government fees are separate and must be paid directly to the competent authorities.
