Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Accompaniment throughout the process of applying for permanent residence for protected persons. Preparing and submitting the application to IRCC, on your behalf, as the authorized representative.
Professional fees: $4750 / person
+ $500 per accompanying person
Our fees include:
- Professional support and advice service
- Preparation and presentation of the immigration file
- Translation of documents (Spanish to French and/or English)*
- Preparation of the invitation letter
- Representation of the client as an RCIC
- Communication with the Embassy and migration authorities
- Representation and support of the client throughout the process of obtaining a visitor visa
- References and contacts of our partners for other services
*Certain conditions apply
THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED
- All document translations in a language other than Spanish
- Immigration Canada administrative fees at the time of application: $635
- Fees for including a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner: $635
- Fees for including a dependent child: $175 per child
- Fees for biometric data (if required): $85 per person aged 14 and over
- Request for personal documents (e.g., passport)
- Airfare, insurance, and other personal expenses after obtaining the visa
- International calls
- Any management beyond our responsibilities
Additional costs: Minimum $720
