This report gives you access to the internal notes of the immigration officer who made the decision. It is essential for :

• Understand in detail the reasons for refusal,

• Check that all the elements in your file have been taken into account,

• Identify areas for improvement for a future application.

A form will be sent to you to initiate this process. Once we have received the report (average delay: 30 days), we can guide you towards the best strategy.

We will request the Access to Information report from IRCC in order to obtain the detailed reasons for the refusal.
Once this report is received, we will analyze it thoroughly and provide you with a written report containing our interpretation of the refusal, the areas for improvement, and our recommendations.
- Fee : $100 plus an additional $5 for the Access to Information request (ATIP/AIPRP).
