If you do not wish to continue after a refusal, the file will be considered closed. No follow-up or additional services will be offered beyond the initial mandate.

We fully understand your disappointment, which is entirely legitimate. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some decisions are beyond our control. It is sometimes preferable to take a step back and consider that another time, in a more favorable context, might be more propitious for submitting a new application. We remain available to you if you wish to resume the process at a later date, with our full attention and support.

Cost: 50 $ + taxes

This report gives you access to the internal notes of the immigration officer who made the decision. It is essential for :

• Understand in detail the reasons for refusal,

• Check that all the elements in your file have been taken into account,

• Identify areas for improvement for a future application.

A form will be sent to you to initiate this process. Once we have received the report (average delay: 30 days), we can guide you towards the best strategy.

We will request the access to information report from IRCC to obtain the detailed reasons for the refusal.
Once we have received the report, we will analyze it in depth and provide you with a written report containing our reading of the refusal, points for improvement and our recommendations.
- Fee: $100 + applicable taxes, plus $5 for ATIP request.

Cost: 200 $ + taxes (including Option 1: GCMS report)

We are preparing :

• A formal request for reconsideration addressed to the embassy concerned

•   Prepare an e-mail to your Member of Parliament, on your behalf, including all relevant details (file number, background, reasons for refusal, etc.), to ask for his or her support in reviewing your file.  

This option is an exceptional process aimed at obtaining a reevaluation without having to submit a new complete application.

➡ Important: IRCC is not obligated to respond to such a request. If there is no response within 60 days, a new application will need to be considered.

Cost: 550 $ in fees + 100 $ IRCC feesRate valid within 90 days following the refusal date. After this period: $1,195 + $100. )
